Designing Neuro-Inclusive Environments Where Everyone Can Thrive
I help schools, organizations, and community programs identify environmental barriers and create systems that support neurodivergent individuals through my P.E.A.C.E. Framework.

What I Do
Many environments expect neurodivergent individuals to adapt to systems that were never designed with them in mind.
I work with schools, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations to examine how their environments support safety, regulation, accessibility, and belonging.
Through assessments, surveys, and environmental observations, I help teams identify hidden barriers and develop practical strategies that create more inclusive and sustainable environments for everyone.

The P.E.A.C.E Framework
P – Presence
Psychological safety and predictable environments
E – Equity
Accessible and sensory-aware environmental design
A – Agency
Opportunities for voice, choice, and autonomy
C – Community
Relational environments that support co-regulation
E – Empowerment
Sustainable systems that promote long-term success
My work is guided by the P.E.A.C.E. Framework, a model for evaluating and strengthening environments that serve diverse learners and participants.
Why This Work Matters
Too often, the responsibility to “fit in” falls entirely on neurodivergent individuals.
True inclusion happens when environments adapt as well.
By identifying barriers and strengthening systems, organizations can create environments where individuals feel safe, supported, and able to succeed.

If your organization is exploring how to better support neurodivergent individuals, a P.E.A.C.E. Systems Assessment is a powerful first step.
